Hotel

• APVBO will book hotel rooms for invited speakers at Vaperse Hotel during April 5-8, 2024 (check-in on April 5 and check-out on April 8) for the conference. Please note that the hotel rooms must be booked by APVBO. Otherwise APVBO may or may not be able to reimburse the cost per ZOC/SKLO/APVBO policy.

• If you would like to stay for extra days at the Vaperse Hotel, APVBO can book it for you on your own expense. APVBO has an agreement with the hotel and enjoy a promotion price for room booking, which means you can pay less for the extra days. When you check out, the hotel staff will present you the bill for the extra days for you to pay.

Air/Train Tickets

APVBO will purchase the air/train ticket for invited speakers.

APVBO is only responsible for flight/train directly related to the APVBO 2024 conference.

Please provide APVBO with the following documents:

• Boarding pass (hard copy or electronic ones) of the trip to Guangzhou.

• Scanned files of your passport, visa page, round trip immigration stamps (can be 4 stamps on one's passport for round trip), and boarding pass of your return trip from Guangzhou.
